worst recommendation ever, though there really are no local places for cool mens stuff. Most boutiques that try and specialize in mens clothing fail. How about online places, where do you get your threads/shoes at online?

I found the HOME and AWAY jerseys for the Padres from the 1980's at Goodwill for $4.50 a piece - Couldn't of been more stoked.

    80spurple.com has some dope shit.
I rock a lot of IMPERIALMOTION.COM (Tacoma Clothing Co.)
Clearance racks are the shit - Nordstroms Rack always has dope shoes.

Check WHISKEYMALITIA.COM for insane deals throughout the day - they only last for like an hour at a time.

But I have some secret spots in town that are hidden gems. Just follow the bulls eye. HAHA!

tacoma is def short a hip-hop boutique. espcially with the growing amount of NW clothing designers. They have 2 in anchorage, there are grip in seattle i believe (although i usually only hear of laced up) and if its done right they can be a great scene center and also be the best spot to buy local and regional hip-hop albums and mixtapes. i think the scene and fans in the tac are enough to support it, as long as they were in a spot where rent wasnt bad... calling a 253 entrepreneur

Do you guys remember when Tacoma Discount used to be a Costco back in the day?

The only good thing you'll probably find in Tacoma Discount is the Dickies and Ben Davis. I have a lot of love for Tacoma Discount, because of my childhood, but you can pretty much find everything there at the B&I. Buy some Dickies, buy some bootleg Nike t-shirts, buy some food, look at some puppies, ride the merry go round, and take a B&I picture with your girl, and pass them out to your friends.

Too bad B & I doesn't have any Mom and Pop music stores anymore. They do have the places that sell all the Mexicano music, but there used to be a little shop to get local Hip-Hop and mixtapes there.

Yeah, I remember that spot. Isn't that where Music Galore ended up? It started off on Hosmer, then moved to Pacific Ave, and then I think it ended up at B&I.

they have a great mix of fashion forward urban style. It can be expensive, but that just depends on how bad you want it. I love finding cheap clothing though and I recommend Nordstrom Rack.

  14.

    adamants.blogspot.com

check it out, tons of fresh gear/fashion and wear to purchase online.
    plus art, design, etc.
