I did my daily round on TED.com today and surfed across this speak from Bill Strickland. It was a compelling, moving and awe inspiring speech, to say the least. I was smiling most of the time watching this clip because of how "friendly" his style is, how personal he can get with the output of ideas and social responsibility, and most importantly, his ability to inspire himself and people that he has come across.
